Year One introduced the world to My Little Pony with a set of six Earth Ponies in a rainbow of colors. Release history outside of the US is somewhat murky, but it is speculated that these ponies hit global markets either by direct distribution or import from the US in the mid-1980s.

Collector Ponies
The Collector Ponies have two variants, one release with flat feet and shorter stature, and a later release with concave feet that stand taller. The change was made because the Flat-Foot ponies are prone to tipping forward.
