Synopsis

Misty has to face her fear of rollercoasters.

Plot

All of Misty's friends are on the Zippercoaster at the Boardtrot and are taking a group photo right before a drop, but Sunny realizes Misty isn't with them. Misty is sadly watching them from the ground.

Misty goes into the funhouse mirrors and starts talking to herself about her fear of rollercoasters, and that's when a larger, shadowy version of her appears in one of the mirrors and starts messing with her. As she walks away, it walks out of the mirror and begins to follow her.

Misty is walking around still trying to talk to herself when the others start walking by, and she panics and tries to hide on a mermaid photo op. They see her and tell her how much fun the rollercoaster is, and she tries to tell them she's okay as she hops onto the teacup ride. When the others finally leave, the shadowy version of her appears beside her again to continue belittling her.

It gets worse as she gets on the bumper cars, as the shadowy version of her appears in another bumper car and bumps into her. And no matter what she does and where she goes, it continues to follow her and tease her.

Finally, Misty has enough. She activates her cutie mark magic, and stands up to the shadowy version of herself and all her fear. She drags her fear straight to the rollercoaster and sits her down and herself down. To her surprise, her friends all join her on the rollercoaster, saying they wouldn't make her face it on her own.

As they begin having fun on the rollercoaster and Misty overcomes how scary it is, her fear begins to phase out of existence and completely disappear. The rollercoaster takes them off the rails and straight into the sky, as they happily take a new group photo of all of them together.
