Synopsis

Friendship bracelets are all the rage at the Boardtrot, but Posey doesn't think she has a friend to go with her.

Plot

Everypony is enjoying the new charm bracelets at the Boardtrot. Pipp is selling them left and right and Izzy is working as hard as she can to make them fast enough.

Posey is wandering around wondering what is going on, when she runs into the news reporters talking about them. They explain how new charms appear on them as pony friends make memories with them on. She's skeptical, but decides to see if they work for herself.

She goes on the ferris wheel by herself and, while other ponies like Queen Haven and Alphabittle are getting charms, nothing appears on hers. She's a bit nervous about none appearing and starts doing other activities alone, like smashing coconuts with a ball and doing the funhouse mirrors.

Nothing appears, so she goes to return it to Izzy and Pipp, saying that the problem must be with the bracelet. Izzy and Pipp don't see a problem with the bracelet, and even share a hoof bump that immediately gives them another charm right in front of Posey's eyes. At that point, Posey angrily storms off saying that she doesn't even want a refund.

Posey sits at the end of a dock by herself and she sees Jazz and Rocky in a boat together getting yet another magical charm. Right as she is about to cry, Pipp flies in and gives her back the friendship bracelet, and reminds Posey that the bracelet needs to be worn while with a friend. And when Posey mentions how she didn't come with one, Pipp offers to be her friend and do the Boardtrot with her, to which she happily agrees.

There is then a montage of them going on the ferris wheel, doing the ball toss, riding the slides, doing the teacup ride, crashing bumper cars, looking in the funhouse mirrors, getting cotton candy, and even being interviewed by the reporters.

They happily sit at the end of the dock at evening, talking about their day. Posey, in her excitement, accidentally tosses her bracelet in the ocean. So Pipp jumps in to get it. When Pipp comes back up to the surface, Posey joins her in the water and they share a laugh.
