The Kmart-Mattel 1990 Holiday Toy Guide & Toy Coupons seems to be a catalog aimed at consumers rather than dealers.[1]
The images used in the coupon are line drawings that come from page 24 of Mattel's 1990 Repro Art Book. The image of the Little Pretty kitties and puppies, the Polished Paws set, on the other page is used in the 1990 Toy Fair catalog as well as the Mail Order Pamphlet.
