Pipp has opened the Mane Melody salon in Maretime Bay, giving all the ponies the latest hairstyles--except Zipp, who evades her--and is enjoying getting good reviews on social media. But her day turns topsy-turvy when Phyllis Cloverleaf steps through the door.

Phyllis brags about how she used her social influence and bad reviews to close down previous businesses, leaving Pipp paralyzed with fear. Finally Pipp twitches the razor towards Phyllis . . . accidentally cutting a bald spot on the back of her head!

In a panic, Pipp flees the salon. Sunny jumps in to distract Phyllis (who is unaware of the mishap) while Zipp hurries after Pipp, who is panicking in an alley outside.

Zipp assures Pipp that she can handle this tough customer and points out all the ponies walking around feeling great thanks to their new looks. With her morale boosted, Pipp goes back in the salon and gives Phyllis . . . the exact same haircut as she had before! (Except slightly rearranged to hide the bald spot.)

Phyllis approves, giving the salon a good review. Not only that, but Zipp willingly lets Pipp style her hair, which she's never allowed before.
