Funrise Plush

Funrise plushes come in two sizes: 10 inches and a smaller 5 inches. These plushes feature hair made from strips of material (which has been referred to by fans as spaghetti or noodle hair), and embroidered features. The first wave of Funrise plushes was released on July 29, 2012, and featured Pinkie Pie, Twilight, and Rainbow Dash. Later releases included Fluttershy, Rarity, and Applejack and Octavia Melody. DJ Pon-3 and Cheerilee were also included. Later on, plushes of Princess Celestia, Princess Cadance, and Twilight in her alicorn redesign were released as well.

A design competition was held on November 1-22, 2024, for designs for any crossover or character fans wanted to see. Three winners, to be announced November 26, 2024, would be chosen to get their design turned into an official plush, plus a cash prize, royalties, and plush set. Three runners up would get a plush set and store credit.

The three winners were Classic Rarity (G3 Rarity), Shadowheart (from Baldur's Gate 3), and Smarty Pants.
