Twist-a-loo is a G4 Earth Pony Foal. She is a minor character in the TV show, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, where she is known simply as Twist.

Twist is a schoolage filly who is friends with Apple Bloom. In Call of the Cutie, she and Apple Bloom are two of the few ponies in their class that have not earned their cutie mark. Twist later earns hers, discovering that she is talented at candymaking.
