Nurse Redheart is a G4 Earth Pony. She has a color scheme based off of Sweetheart and originally appeared in the TV Show, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

Nurse Redheart first appears in Friendship is Magic episode Applebucking Season tending to the ponies who have become sick from improperly cooked cupcakes with the wrong ingredients. She later appears in the episode Baby Cakes shushing Pinkie Pie so she doesn't wake the babies in the maternity ward. Throughout the show, there are also other nurses with a similar design but different color schemes.
