Argyle Starshine
Argyle Starshine is a G5 My Little Pony. He is the loving father of Sunny Starscout. Argyle is a historian who learned as much as he could about Ancient Equestria, when Twilight Sparkle and her friends spread friendship and harmony.
At the beginning of My Little Pony: A New Generation the unicorns, pegasi, and earth ponies live apart, fearing and distrusting each other. But Argyle believes one day all ponies can be friends again. He imparts these lessons to young Sunny and encourages her to stand up for her beliefs.
Argyle passed away of unknown causes sometime between Sunny's childhood and young adulthood, but Sunny continued working diligently to restore the friendship that her father believed in.

Shining Adventures collection (Target exclusive)
This version of Zipp Storm is 6" tall. She came in a Target exclusive set along with Deputy Sprout, Hitch Trailblazer, Pipp Petals, Izzy Moonbow, and Sunny Starscout.
She has shorter hair than the other ponies in the set, which is styled into her signature faux hawk with hair gel. The hair gel easily dissolves if she is washed in hot water.
Her wings have feathers of purple, teal, and magenta.
