Phyllis Cloverleaf is a G5 My Little Pony first introduced in 2021.
She is a savvy and controlling business pony who owns the company Canterlogic in the earth pony town of Maretime Bay. She is Sprout Cloverleaf's mother.

Phyllis Cloverleaf was first introduced in the movie My Little Pony: A New Generation as the mother of Sprout Cloverleaf and owner of Canterlogic in Maretime Bay. Her ability to control the earth ponies' fear of unicorns and pegasi made her a respected and high-ranking member of the town, using their fear to make money by creating products and inventions that would supposedly protect against attacks from the other pony tribes. When Sheriff Hitch Trailblazer left Maretime Bay to chase after Sunny Starscout and Izzy Moonbow, she convinced Sprout to step up as the acting Sheriff. She soon realised her mistake, however, when he took over her factory and started turning her defensive technology into offense. When Sprout started to destroy Sunny's lighthouse, Phyllis attempted to stop him, but it was destroyed anyway. Realising that the other pony kinds weren't her enemy, they all came together in peace to fix Sprout's damage and start over.
Phyllis appeared in the My Little Pony: Tell Your Tale episode Welcome to Mane Melody as a business critic, known for being extremely harsh with her reviews. She ended up being satisfied when Mane Melody's owner, Pipp Petals, styled her hair to look the same as it already did, not noticing the large bald patch Pipp had accidentally left on the back of her head. She made several appearances as a background pony in various episodes of Tell Your Tale after that.
She made a background appearance in the My Little Pony: Make Your Mark episode Top Remodel when Sunny attempted to renovate Phyllis' old Canterlogic factory. She made a slightly more substantial appearance in Roots of All Evil Pt. 1 and Pt. 2, exasperated with Sprout's clinginess and whining.

Snow Party Countdown Phyllis Cloverleaf is a 1.5-inch mini figure with no articulation. She reuses a G4.5 blind bag mold and was released as part of an advent calendar set along with 24 other figures.
