Diamond Dazzle Tiara is a G4 Earth Pony Foal. She originated as a minor character in the TV Show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, where she is simply called Diamond Tiara.

She is best friends with Silver Spoon, who is often an accomplice in Diamond Tiara's bullying tactics.
