Water Lily was one of the first four My Pretty Mermaids dolls released in 1991. She shares the same name as the sea pony Water Lily.

- Top Colour: Blue With Yellow Seashell
- Hair Colour: Blue
- Eye Colour: Blue
- Symbol: Two small heart shaped lily pads with one larger lilly pad with a flower bloom
African American Water Lily
It is possible that all four of the Original Pretty Mermaids were all created with both a light and dark skinned varient. The African American Variant of Water Lily is as of yet unidentified.
