Garbage Man
The Garbage Man is one of the minor characters in My Little Pony Tales. He features in the episode Out of Luck and it isn’t mention who voices the character. He is only seen giving a tea pot Clover had thrown away back to her Mother believing she’d thrown it away by mistake.
