Crunch in Crunch the Rockdog
Crunch first appeared on Crunch the Rockdog. He is a rockdog who was created by His Elevated Eminence to protect the heart stone, a magical gem that gives feelings. He has no feelings and is indestructible due to a black lava rock from the depths of the Volcano of Gloom that was put into his collar. He has the power to turn things to stone by touching them. To defeat him, Megan and the ponies retrieve the heart stone and turn him into a brown puppy. Then they put a piece of the heart stone into his collar to give him feelings which transforms him back into a rockdog that has a heart.
