Backcard Story
Note: These stories are reproduced exactly as they appear on the backcards, including all errors.
The snow was falling as Frosty Fur ate her warm oatmeal. "Hurry up, slowpoke, "said Rosebud. "Don't you want to play in the snow?" "Of course," said Frosty Fur, running out the door. "Wait for me!" cried Rosebud, hurrying after, a piece of snow got up and yelled, "Boo!" It was all-white Frosty Fur who'd been hiding in the snow!
U.S. 2nd Release Frosty Fur
NOTE: Long hair versions have been found with the 'second release' symbol but no raised "CHINA" stamp as well as short hair versions with the 'second release' symbol have also been found without the raised "CHINA" stamp. Currently there have not been any Frosty Fur versions with the raised "CHINA" stamp featuring long hair or the 'first release' symbol.
The second release of Frosty Fur came about with the Glitter 'N Grow series. This version of Frosty Fur has hair that is much shorter, her body color is slightly different, her symbol has been slightly modified, and there is raised rectangle that says "CHINA" on her underside. Frosty Fur was packaged with Melody as a bonus pet.
