  • One Mexican variant of Royal Bouquet is orange (sometimes yellow) with hot pink and lavender hair, yellow eyes, and a magenta and purple flower as her cutie mark. Her hoof heart is hot pink. She is in the Walking Pose. She came with a comb, a bowtie hairclip, a flower hairclip, a wand accessory, a mirror, and a bed (colors of accessories vary). This Royal Bouquet was packaged on a traditional card.
  • Another is also orange and in the Walking Pose, but was packaged in a transparent pink case in the shape of a house, with 2 hairclips, a brush, and a wand (colors of these accessories also vary).
  • Another is also orange, and packaged with a stange, horn-less version of Rarity. They were both very unusual ponies, because they had small heads, and both were in a strange position, with their back right leg sticking straight out, almost as if they're kicking something, and both have their head tilted back like ponies in the Diva Pose. They were packaged with a yellow brush, 2 pink hair clips, and a lavender wand accessory.

All variants are smaller than standard releases. Texture of the plastic tends to vary between releases, ranging from a stiff rubber to hard plastic.
