Dandy is one of the minor characters in My Little Pony Tales. He features in the episodes Roll Around the Clock and it isn’t mentioned who voices the character. He is Clover’s skating partner in a roller skating competition and is seen tripping over with Clover at the start which he does during the judging too which leads the Judge to disqualify them.
