Hoity Toity is a high-class Earth Pony from Canterlot. He is a famous fashion critic. In the episode "Suited for Success", he appears at a fashion show hosted by Rarity. He gives a critical review of the first designs, but is convinced to return and judge Rarity's second show, which was recieved more favorably. Throughout the rest of the series, he has several cameos, usually related to fashion or Canterlot society.
Hoity Toity was voiced by Trevor Devall.
