Baby Hearts n' Ribbons was supposed to be exclusively available through the 1992 UK [[Activity_Club|My Little Pony Activity Club]], but since the club was cancelled shortly afterwards, it's unlikely that she was ever distributed this way. She was later sold off in unmarked clear plastic bags along with other Mail Order and Special Offer ponies at selected market stalls and discount stores throughout the UK.

It has been suggested that Baby Ribbons and Hearts (also sometimes wrongly known as Hearts n' Ribbons) was supposed to be exclusively available through the 1992 UK My Little Pony Activity Club, had the Club continued past 1991, however she was available to non-members via mail order offer in 1990. The mail order offer asked for three barcodes from listed ponies, plus 0.20GBP and the offer was available from February 1st 1990 until October 31st 1990.

Baby Ribbons and Hearts was also advertised in the final Activity Club newsletter as being available for 15 horseshoe points, and it is this that has perhaps given rise to the idea that she was due to be the 1992 Club baby.

She was later sold off in unmarked clear plastic bags along with other Mail Order and Special Offer ponies at selected market stalls and discount stores throughout the UK.
