Starlight's mother is one of the minor characters in My Little Pony Tales. She features in the episode Shop Talk and it isn’t mentioned who voices the character.
She can be seen at the start styling Mrs Barrington's mane. She then asks if Mrs Barrington has any gossip while Mrs Barrington is spilling some, Starlight and Sweetheart giggle, Starlight's Mother shoos them off.
