Whimsey Weatherbe is a Generation 3.5 dragon and is a character in Twinkle Wish Adventure. She is the sole antagonist of G3 though her actions are without malice.
Media Appearances
Whimsey Weatherbe lives at the top of Willy Nilly Mountain and is responsible for its seemingly random weather changes. Instead of being a standard fire breathing dragon, her breath alters the weather. While she initially kidnapped Twinkle Wish the Wishing Star to lure in new friends to play with her "toy", Whimsey was eventually convinced to return the star to Ponyville.
