"Shall we call them for you, Daffodil!" asked the pretty yellow flowers. "We can give a 'Flower Fanfare', you know!" And, one by one, Daffodil's friends arrived. "Who's playing the music?" they asked. "It sounds like someone blowing a trumpet!" Daffodil smiled and looked at the little golden trumpet in the centre of every daffodil flower.
