This character first appeared in My Little Pony: Escape From Catrina. He is a shapeshifting lizard-man and the reluctant helper of the wicked Catrina, who he has an obvious crush on. Sometimes called 'Rex'.
Background
Rep was voiced by Paul Williams, who would go on to voice Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot/The Penguin in Batman: The Animated Series.
