Sparkle Ponies are ponies with bodies that are translucent and filled with glitter.

Year Seven (1988-1989)

This same set was later available through mail order, the main variant being the ponies having an additional mini versions of their symbols on their cheeks.

Year Eight (1989-1990)

Baby Sparkle Ponies

The Baby Sparkle ponies have european alternates call Starlight Baby Ponies

Brillitos Ponies

Argentina exclusive G1 sparkle ponies.
