Petite ponies were small hard plastic ponies that came out only with G1.
Petite Ponies are very tiny, they have a hoof shape on the bottom of the figurine and this opens locks to the home and shops. Most of the were also not named so they can only be identified by colour and symbol. The symbol also appears on only one side.

Light Heart and Sweet Berry G2 petites
Hasbro made a four pony set of petites with combable tails of G2: Ivy, Sundance, Sweet Berry, and Light Heart. This set was available at a convention only.
