Collector's Set

Hasbro released a special Collector's Set of the Core 7 to celebrate their 25 years. 2008 was the year that Hasbro limited most of its characters down to seven: Pinkie Pie, Cheerilee, Rainbow Dash, Toola Roola, Sweetie Belle, Starsong, and Scootaloo. These ponies are called the 'Core 7'. Other characters, like Minty, appeared only around the holidays.

• This year's My Little Pony Fair pony is bright pink, with metallic pink designs on her body and face. She has multi-tonal pink hair. The UK and German fairs had the same pony design, except she had a white body, black designs, and yellow hair.
