The Adventures in Ponyland Game came with Baby Blue Ribbon.
Adventure Cards
Adventure Cards came in free with specially marked G1 My Little Pony purchases during Year 5[1]. They could be used to play The Adventures in Ponyland Game.
There are 7 themed sets of cards and 42 cards in total. (The question marks are ones I assume exist, but I haven't seen the evidence online or anywhere, if you are sure these are the cards that exist, feel free to update accordingly.)
