Blue Belle
Blue Belle is a G1 My Little Pony released in 1982 as part of the first six ponies (FF). She was then released in 1983 as part of the Collectors Ponies (CF).
In the 1983 Sears Christmas Catalog this pony was named "Belle".

Spanish Piggy Blue Belle
The Spanish Blue Belle is a piggy pony that was manufactured by Brekar and Milton Bradley. The Brekar Blue Belle is named Azul celeste (light blue). The Milton Bradley Blue Belle is named Cielete (dear, sweetie). There are several variants of each.
Azul celeste (Brekar)
Azul celeste (light blue) is a Spanish G1 piggy version of Blue Belle. It was made by Brekar. Azul celeste either had blue or pink stars as its symbol. Two versions of the pink stars have been found so far.

White Spanish Comb
In 2017, a blue body Azul celeste was advertised on a sales website. She appears to be real but sadly any information about her was lost to the community. Because she had never been seen before we have included her here so the information is not lost.
Cielete (MB)
Cielete is a Spanish G1 piggy version of Blue Belle. She was made by Milton Bradley. Cielete is a term of endearement a Spanish, like "You are a cielete", you are a dear or a sweetie. There are variants of the symbols.

White Blue Belle
White Blue Belle is a factory error Blue Belle, where the dye didn't take to the quality of plastic they used. Some white Blue Belle's have a blue head and white body, some have white heads and blue bodies, and some are completely white.
