My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic (MLP:FIM) is a tv show revolving around Generation 4 of My Little Pony. It first aired on October 10th, 2010 on the channel, the Hub; a collaboration between Discovery Communications and Hasbro. The show is set in the land of Equestria, ruled by Princess Celestia and Princess Luna, and primarily features six ponies: Twilight Sparkle, Rarity, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie.
