In Generation 1 the stories of the My Little ponies were told in two TV series' and several movis (dubbed in a variety of languages) and in UK exclusive comic books.
The toys shown are representative though more than one may exist per character. "N/A" as in "not applicable" means the character did not appear in the movies and/or shows or such a toy was not made.
Also, keep in mind that the animation style and the artwork significantly changed and kept changing over almost 13 years.
