There are quite a few different designs of dish ware. Poole Pottery a reputatable UK maker designed a teaset. There have been other china tea sets made, as well as plastic ones. A number of plastic and china singular cups also exist.

Swedish Stoneware

Single pony cup, bottom (Translation: "Stoneware. Led and cadmium safe decor and glaze.")

These cups are sometimes referred to as the UK cups, although they appear dominantly in Sweden.[6] They are made of stoneware and are thus much heavier than modern porcelain.[7] The language at the bottom is in Swedish, they are dated 1986. Led and cadmium safe decor. Some mugs state 'Made in the Republic of Korea'. [8]

The single print cups are somewhat taller than the multiple print cups and have either mint green/pink insides. There's also been plates sold locally, but there is very little information about them. The following ponies were printed on mugs, sippy cups, plates and bowls:

  • Buttons
  • Cherries Jubilee
  • Cupcake
  • Fizzy
  • Moondancer
  • Whizzer
